Truth Be Told exists for the one

For those who find themselves isolated or lonely for whatever reason.

We believe that sharing stories together, listening, asking questions, dreaming imaginatively, and connecting joyfully, is like welcoming the one to belong with the flock and introducing them to the shepherd.

But we can't do this alone

We’re looking for 99 supporters, 99 side-line cheerers, 99 fellow-flock friends, 99 Parable Patrons to join us for the sake of the one.

In fact, we just so happen to have 99 parable-style stories that our Storytellers share to connect people together week in, week out all over the UK and globally now too.

And so we’re asking for just 99 people to commit to sponsoring a parable, to enable belonging where there was once isolation.

Based on Matthew, the wise and foolish builders. During a Christmas tree decorating competition, one team risks a frozen lake whilst the other sticks on solid ground. Who will win?!

Waiting Boldly

Based on Matthew, ask, seek, knock. When Fatima forgets her watch, she has to wait at the dentist with her son and sore tooth before realising asking and knocking is the better way.

One, two in the zoo

Based on Matthew, the lost sheep. A zookeeper loses a hedgehog and goes all about town searching. Everyone celebrates when it’s found in the form of a hairbrush in a guest’s bag!

Where am I?

Based on Matthew, Parable of the Lost sheep. Everyone searches for the lost animal and celebrate when they find it. This story is written for those with English as a second language or lower levels of literacy.

Do you hear me?

Based on Matthew, ask, seek and knock. A mum waits for the dentist with her son and sore tooth before bravely knocking and asking to discover she is heard. This story is written for those with English as a second language or lower levels of literacy.
