Storytelling for Life

Truth Be Told is all about belonging.
Our intergenerational project is committed to bringing joy and life as 0-4’s, their parents and residents of care homes tell stories, sing songs and are family together.

Building Communities

With a special bag covered in pockets and full of props, each week follows a different theme like ‘transport’, ‘animals’ or ‘colours’ and each story tells of a different truth, such as ‘I am loved’, ‘I am safe’ or ‘I am precious’.

TBT works with local churches, care homes and families to provide a creative and responsive experience for everyone, helping to promote cognition and reduce loneliness.

Winner of the prestigious Cinnamon Network Project Lab 2019 competition for innovative, community-led social action projects that are making a difference to the health and wellbeing of their communities.

Truth Be told is expanding to bring more joy and more life into more care homes for the benefit of everyone in the room.
